This project involved a heavy amount of backend programming. We implemented user registration, cookies, automated payments through our credit card processor and much more. We also implemented scraping bots that crawl to various websites and:

• Get baseball scores,
• Get the betting lines, pitchers, and teams of upcoming games,
• Submit the picks to a sports monitoring service

The most impressive work was the game-picking bot, which we designed to successfully pick teams to bet on in the major sports. The bot reads several years of data from a MySQL database and picks games based on specified criteria. This site is COMPLETELY AUTOMATED, meaning that no updates are ever required for any reason. Subscriptions are handled automatically, game results are handled automatically, etc.

Bar owners can sign up and add their bar to the directory listing for a fee. PayPal integration was done to manage the fee schedule. Each owner can edit his bar information and manage the drink specials and food specials that the bar is offering. Users can view the site for free and search for their college campus. Their search will return all bars that are listed for that campus. Users can then click on any bar to see a list of all specials for that bar.

Legends Ranch Alpacas is a growing Alpaca farm that wanted us to develop a web presence for them, and that's what we did. In addition to the simple design, we included some JavaScript add-ons as well as a MySQL backend.
